Research
models of good practice in HR and discuss and evaluate how they could be
applied to your working environment. You must cover each of the points below:
- Good practice and local application of purchasing non-human resources and people.
- Requirements of an HR system to provide a first class service to customers.
- Implement a performance measurement system to meet strategic goals and differentiate individual performance.
- Ensure that contracts of employment demonstrate good practice and meet legal requirements.
- CSR policies and initiatives are ethical and enhance organisational credibility
